Track
Why can’t I track a pupil in my class?
The pupil may be in read-only mode if they are pending transfer into your school from another Taith360 school. This is because the system is waiting for a decision to be made by the school regarding existing assessments.
Go to the Transfer Pupil page and accept them to unlock tracking.
See Pupil Management for more information on transferring pupils.

Why isn’t the class I need listed in the class list?
When you access pages on Taith360, by default My Classes or My Pupils will be selected, meaning that you will only see classes or pupils that are assigned to you. However, you can toggle to All Classes or All pupils to be able to access anything you need, regardless of how it is assigned.
On Track it is My Classes that needs to be changed to All Classes.
What are the Developmental Pathways?
The Developmental Pathways area is taken from the curriculum for non-maintained nursery settings and is designed for pupils who are working below Progression Step 1.
On Track these descriptions of learning are listed under Progression Step 1 purely as an indication that they are part of the journey required to enable pupils to access this step.
Do I need to record a baseline?
There is no longer a statutory requirement to record and report back on a Baseline assessment, as there was with the previous Foundation Profile. No baseline data will be collected by Local Authorities, Consortia or Welsh Government.
However, it is expected that schools will record an initial assessment for their pupils, to ensure that they know where pupils are starting from, in order to make sure that learning is pitched correctly for progress to be made.
See Recording an On-Entry Position for more information on tracking your baseline assessment.
Plan
Why can’t I add Descriptions of Learning to my plan?
You will need to select a class before you can add any descriptions of learning to a plan. To do this, follow theses steps:
- Click Edit under Class/Group
- Choose your class from the dropdown
- Repeat this step to add as many classes as you need for the plan being created
- Click Save
You should now be able to start building your plan.
Why are some of the action icons in grey?
Only plans that have been assigned to a class can be exported or tracked. Copied plans are not assigned to any classes and will need to be edited to add a class. Some actions are unavailable for plans in the previous academic year.
See the related FAQ “Why can’t I add Descriptions of Learning to my plan?, or see Plan for more information on creating your plans.
Why can’t I see my plans?
Web browsers use caching to store web page resources locally. This can help the browser to perform more quickly, but it can occasionally result in pages on Taith360 not fully loading correctly.
Try clearing your browser’s cache for Taith360. To do this, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click on the refresh icon on your browser with Taith360 open.
Why can’t I track attainment for my plan?
Plans can only be tracked if they are assigned to a class. Use the edit icon to add a class to your plan. Once saved, you will be able to track that plan.
See this related FAQ can’t add dols to assign your class, or see Plan for more information on creating your plans.

Teachers
How do I add a new teacher?
If you connect your MIS (SIMS, Teacher Centre, etc.) to Taith360 using Wonde, any teacher with an email address stored on your MIS will show on Taith360. You then just need to click on ‘send invitation’ (this will need to be done by someone with admin rights in your school).
If the teacher isn’t listed, is listed with the wrong email address, or you do not use Wonde, please contact support (see details below).
General
How do I securely send files to Assessment 360?
