The Plan section of Taith360 allows you to create medium- to long-term plans using Descriptions of Learning (DOLs) from across the Statements of What Matter (WM) within each Area of Learning and Experience (Area/Areas). Using the planning tool enables you to track coverage across the curriculum and access the targeted tracking page, saving teacher time. Once a plan has been created, it can be exported as a Microsoft Word document for further editing and annotation.
Plan Features
Taith360’s plan tool allows you to create medium- to long-term plans for whatever topic you are looking at. You are able to select as many descriptions of learning from whichever of the six Areas and cross-curricular frameworks you like, following the directive of the new curriculum for a rounded approach to the curriculum.
While creating a plan, you can view current recorded attainment for the selected class against each description of learning using the coloured stage bar system from the track page. This means you can see which aspects of the curriculum need more attention and where students are having most success. You can also keep track of curriculum coverage, so you can see which descriptions of learning have been planned for, and how many times, to help you decide which need to be included in future plans.
All plans can be edited and amended to keep them up to date should the teaching and learning need to change for any reason. They can be exported as MS Word files to allow for further annotation and integration into existing proformas used within your school.

Plan Actions

My Plans
Here you can view your current plans for the year (as well as looking back at previous years’ plans by using the dropdown filter at the top of the page). From this page, you can:
- Edit – Allows you to make changes to any existing plan.
- Delete – Remove plan from Taith360. This will delete the plan everywhere on the system and it will no longer be viewable on the Browse Plans tab (deleted plans can be restored if deleted by mistake). If you delete a copied plan, only the copy will be deleted.
- Copy – Reproduces the current plan. This is useful if you teach the same topics to multiple classes or would like to replicate a plan from a previous year. Duplicated plans must then be edited to assign a new class and date range before changing any of the DOLs included.
- Export – Exports the plan to a Microsoft Word document for further editing.
- Track – Use your plan to access a filtered view of the track page.
- View – View your created plans when needed.
Browse Plans
On Browse Plans, you can view and copy plans from other classes and teachers in the school. Plans can be filtered to make browsing easier. Copied plans are added to your ‘My Plans’ page.
