Just wanted to send you the latest on things we’ve been working on and have released, as well as some support news:…

New Help & Advice Docs

As you have most likely seen, we have been constantly developing Taith360 and adding new features to the system – two of the most recent being Progress and Coverage. To support use of these, we have added new documentation to Help and Advice where you will now see the following under the Viewing Data section:

Looking at Progress

Curriculum Coverage

Both documents describe the key features of the page as well as providing a step by step guide on how they can be used.

Feedback

As we often stress, we value every piece of feedback we receive about the system. Therefore, we have included a quick and easy way for schools to provide it from within the system. There is now a link in the menu bar that allows you to send feedback for the page you are on.

Using this will allow you to rate the page and provide any comments or suggestions that accompany your rating.

Please do use this as it allows us to understand what schools feel about the system, whether it be something they find useful, or something that needs further development.

Upcoming Training Events

In case you missed our training at the start of this term, we are repeating all three sessions before the Easter break:

These sessions are no longer available.

Reports to Parents

As we draw nearer to the end of the year, reports season grows ever closer. Taith360 can assist with reducing the workload on teachers at this busy time of year. Using Taith360, you can generate reports that include children’s achievements and targets on a template customised to your specification which, with a bit of tweaking, are ready to send out to parents.

We will be contacting all schools shortly after the Easter break with more information but if you would like to get a head start, take a look at our Report Writing Process guide for more detail.

Update to Principles of Progression

Keeping on top of how the principles of progression are being implemented across the school is important when planning for your pupils. Therefore, we have added this ability to the system. You can now find Principles of Progression under Coverage Overview.

In addition this, we have recently released an update to the system that provides schools with the ability to add their own breakdowns of the principles of progression on the system and include these in their plans.

The principles of progression provide a mandatory requirement of what progression will look like for learners, and some schools have developed these further to break down what they look like in practice. We have therefore added the ability for schools to add these breakdowns onto the system.

If you would like to do this, please contact us and we can help guide you through the process.

Finally…

You will have received an invoice recently from our Finance Team for the auto-renewal of the agreement that covers you to use Taith360 for the next financial year (1st April 2023-31st March 2024).

I just wanted to follow up from my earlier email reminding you of the options for your school if you do not wish to renew:

Shortened invoice

Any requests for a shortened invoice (until 31st July 2023) must be requested in writing, by email, to accounts@assessment360.org no later than 31st March 2023 to avoid being liable to pay for the full amount on the invoice.

Cancellation

If you do not wish to renew, then you are required to notify us of this. Cancellations must be provided in writing, by email, to accounts@assessment360.org no later than 31st March 2023. Any cancellations after this point will result in the school having to pay the full amount on the invoice.

As always, we are here to help, so if you have questions about any of this, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Assessment at the heart of learning

At Assessment360, we value the importance of reducing teachers non-teaching workload and are committed to providing our schools with the tools and support to do that. Through collaboration with schools and Local Authorities in the UK, we have a history of designing ground breaking systems that offer a complete planning, tracking and reporting tool, enabling you to track a child’s learning across the full curriculum.

To discuss setting up Taith360 or Turas360 for your school, please contact us on 0330 8281 360 or send an email to support@assessment360.org.
