We have updated our Service Level Agreement (SLA) to reflect the removal of the Incerts product and change to the termination policy. These updates are effective from 1st February 2023.

SCHEDULE 2 – FEES

​​1. Existing Incerts customers [whole section]

2. Signing up to Taith360 only – not an existing Incerts customer

2.1 Any school that is not a customer of Incerts will be entitled to a free, 1 month, trial of Taith360. Upon expiry of this trial, the school must inform the Licensor in writing if they wish to continue using Taith360, or stop using the system.

2.1 Any school that is not a current customer will be entitled to a free, 1 month, trial of Taith360. Upon expiry of this trial, the school must inform the Licensor in writing if they wish to continue using Taith360, or stop using the system.

9. Termination

9.4 Where the parties have not agreed an initial 36 month term, the Licensee may terminate this Agreement by serving a 3-month notice to the Licensor. The Licensee shall be entitled to a pro rata refund for fully paid-up months subscription fees beyond the end of the 3-month notice period. Where the parties have agreed a 36 month initial term,, the Licensee may terminate this agreement but will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

18. Training

​18.2.2.1 Places may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the event. In the 14 days before the event, a 50% refund can be given for cancellations;

18.2.2.3 If it becomes apparent during the 14 days before the event that a school/trainee will be unable to attend, schools are advised to find another member of staff to attend in their place or to rearrange the training session, but to inform the Licensor of the change or dates they wish to rearrange. Schools may also be refunded if they find a replacement from another school who is willing to buy the place;
