All course fees quoted are exclusive of VAT.

The invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt.

Places may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the event. In the 14 days before the event, a 50% refund can be given for cancellations.

If it becomes apparent during the 14 days before the event that a school/trainee will be unable to attend, schools are advised to find another member of staff to attend in their place or to rearrange the training session, but to inform the Assessment Foundation of the change or dates they wish to rearrange. Schools may also be refunded if they find a replacement from another school who is willing to buy the place.

In the event of a school failing to attend the training day without advance notice, no refund will be issued.

Links to join the training session online will be sent at least twenty four hours in advance of the session date, provided that the invoice has been paid.

​All correspondence will be sent to the email address provided when booking onto the event, including any related materials. These materials may also be sent to additional email addresses provided by the school.
