1. Payment

1.1 The invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt.

1.2 All course fees quoted are exclusive of VAT.

2. Cancellation and refund

2.1 Places may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the event.

2.2 Cancellations must be provided in writing by email to accounts@assessment360.org.

2.3 If it becomes apparent during the 14 days before the event that a school/trainee will be unable to attend, schools are advised to find another member of staff to attend in their place or to rearrange the training session, but to inform Assessment360 of the change or dates they wish to rearrange.

2.4 In the event of a school failing to attend the training day without advance notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Materials for the event

3.1 Links to join the training session online will be sent at least 24 hours in advance of the session date, provided that the invoice has been paid.

3.2 All correspondence will be sent to the email address provided when booking onto the event, including any related materials. These materials may also be sent to additional email addresses provided by the school.

Important Update to Service Level Agreement and Data Processing Agreement

We have updated our Service Level Agreement (SLA) to reflect the removal of the Incerts product and change to the termination policy.
