What personal data do we process?

Assessment360 may collect personally identifiable information about you e.g.

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number

We process such information under the legal basis of consent (either implied or explicit).


Why do we process personal data and who do we share it with?

We may request information about you as part of a survey or during the provision of our services. Note – you will have the choice not to provide this data.

We never share your personal information with any 3rd party without your explicit consent.


Do we transfer your personal data to other countries?

No, your data resides inside the United Kingdom. If data is required to be transferred outside of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, then we would ensure that there is a level of adequacy in place. If this isn’t the case, we will ensure that there are applicable safeguards to protect personal data, as per the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation.


What are your rights under data protection legislation?

We abide by the rights of data subjects as required by the data protection legislation.

If you know or believe that any data we hold is incorrect or has changed, you have the right to request that we update it (right of rectification). You can also ask us at any time for details of the personal data we hold (right to be informed), and request removal of it (right to erasure). We may only use the data for the purposes agreed to when the data is collected from you, as per the principles of data protection legislation.

Any such request should be directed to the contact details above. Note – you may only make the request with regards to your own personal data and not that of others (e.g. a spouse or friend). You may make a request if you are an appointed legally compliant representative of the data subject, however you will be asked to provide evidence of such an appointment.


How do we keep your data safe?

We strive to make every effort to secure the personal data that we process as per the requirements of the data protection legislation. We have various controls in place to ensure that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data is maintained.

However, If your data is involved in a security breach, we are required to notify you within 48 hours, and notify the data authority for the England and Wales, the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

If you believe we have failed in our duty to handle your data lawfully, securely and fairly, you can report this to the ICO. However, it is advisable that you raise the issue directly with us first, so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible, before contacting the ICO if you wish.

For any request made to us, you have a right to a response and action within one month, and without undue delay.
