This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you fill out one of our surveys. We adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, also known as the UK General Data Protection Regulation, UK GDPR.

How we Gather and use Personal Information

We gather information about you when you complete one of our forms.

Assessment360 will collect personally-identifiable information about you (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) during the form completion process. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate business interest and implied consent. If you do not wish to consent, then we ask you not to complete the form.

Note – when you complete the form, you are in effect providing implied consent to the processing of your personal identifiable information.

We never share your personal information with any 3rd party without your explicit consent.

Your rights under GDPR

If you know or believe that any data we hold is incorrect or has changed, you have the right to request that we update it. You can also ask us at any time for details of the personal data we hold, and to update, rectify or remove it as you prefer. We may only use the data for the purposes agreed to when the data is collected from you.

Any such request should be directed to the contact details above. We comply with the rights of data subjects and in doing so we will adhere to the required timescales for completion (e.g. one calendar month) unless the request is considered to be complex. In which case we may ask for an extension of up to three months. We do not charge for completing the request, but we reserve the right to charge should the request be considered excessive or repetitive.

Before officially starting work on your request, you will be asked to provide identification information as we are obliged to confirm your identity (unless you are already known to us). You may specify how you would like to receive the information, however, be advised that if you wish this to delivered to your residential address, you will be required to provide the applicable proof of residence.

Security of Personal Identifiable Information

We will endeavour to keep your personal identifiable information secure. However, if our data security is breached, we will notify you within 48 hours, and if necessary, notify the data authority for the England and Wales, the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). If you believe we have failed in our duty to handle your data lawfully, securely and fairly, you can report this to the ICO. However, it is advisable that you raise the issue directly with us first, so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible, before contacting the ICO if you wish.
