As we approach the end of the academic year, I wanted to update you on some of the latest things we have been working on and have released, including some support news\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>

New Website<\/p>\n<\/div>

We have updated our website to give it a fresh, new look: https:\/\/assessment360.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n

As before, the website is bilingual so you can access the information in either Welsh or English, depending on your preference.<\/p>\n

Sharing Plans Between Schools<\/p>\n<\/div>

The ability to share plans between schools is now \u2018live\u2019 on the system. However, to do this, a teacher must use the same login email address for more than one school and be able to navigate between them using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

Then, when on the My Plans section of Taith360, you will see the plan transfer icon under \u2018Actions\u2019:<\/p>\n

By selecting the plan transfer action, you will then be able to assign a copy to whichever school you select from the dropdown.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Reporting to Parents<\/p>\n<\/div>

Many of you will already have your templates ready and will have started work on your reports to parents. However, if you have yet to contact us about how you would like your templates to look, then there\u2019s still time.<\/p>\n

We can create customised templates for you based on what you would like to share with parents. If you already have custom templates, we would be happy to update them for you, or if you are starting from scratch, take a look at some Example Reports<\/a> on our Help and Advice<\/a> site for some inspiration and cherry-pick the features you would like for your own templates.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Demo \u2013 Recent developments on Taith360<\/p>\n<\/div>

We recently ran a couple of demonstrations showcasing some of the new features that have been added to the system over the past 12 months or so. These sessions were not recorded but if you missed them, do not worry, as we will be happy to deliver it to you at a time more convenient to you.<\/p>\n

Simply get in touch with some dates and times that work for you, and we can get something booked in.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Upcoming Training Events<\/p>\n<\/div>

New Module Added!<\/b><\/p>\n

Our new training module, Progress and the Data Pages, is scheduled to run for three days \u2013 Monday 19th to Wednesday 21st June, 3:45-4:30pm. This session looks in detail at how progress can be monitored on Taith360, including the newly added Progress tab, where you can look at progress made in a specified date range.<\/p>\n<\/div>

It has been requested by many schools that they would like to share information from Taith360 with parents\/governors etc., but to do so they need to give them a log in. Why can\u2019t they simply download the data to share with them? We agree, why can\u2019t the sharing of your data be made even easier? Well, it soon will be!<\/p>\n

We have been working on making it possible to export the information on the Pupil Overview, Class Overview and School Overview pages to PDF which can then be printed or emailed out as needed. We will of course update you when this is live for schools.<\/p>\n
